A Very Special Aston Martin V8

This 1977 Aston Martin V8 combines the presence and character of the original V8 with one of the most desirable upgrades available for the model – an RS Williams 580X engine.

The car underwent an extensive restoration in 2014, including an acid-dip body restoration and repaint. During the same period, the 580X engine was installed, with documentation accompanying the car to confirm the work.

The result is an Aston Martin that retains the character and appearance of the original V8 while benefiting from a significantly more purposeful engine specification.

RS Williams X580 Engine

The RS Williams 580X engine was installed in 2014 when the Aston Martin had covered approximately 80,000 miles.

At the time of installation, the replacement engine had covered approximately 9,000 miles. Importantly, the car is accompanied by paperwork documenting the RS Williams installation and its history.

This makes the car particularly interesting for an enthusiast looking for a classic Aston Martin V8 with significantly enhanced performance and a documented specialist upgrade.

Extensive 2014 Restoration

Alongside the engine installation, the Aston Martin underwent an extensive restoration in 2014.
